Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions by visitors and new members.
We hope to make your first visit to Unity Boston fun and stress-free.
Parking
There is free parking throughout the day on Sundays on the streets surrounding Unity Boston:
this includes Colchester St., Chapel St. and Hawes St. There is a two-hour parking limit
Mondays - Saturdays.
Children's Room
While you enjoy a worship service designed for you, your children will enjoy an experience
designed just for them.
What To Wear
We want you to feel comfortable joining us for our Sunday service. People wear anything from jeans and sandals to business casual.
During Service and Meditation
In order to limit distractions during services and meditation, please be courteous by turning off all pagers and phones. If you arrive during the meditation, please sit at the back until it is completed before moving towards the front.
After Service
Join us in the Community Room in the lower level of the church for coffee/tea, refreshments and conversation. Quite often there is a great potluck luncheon. Here you can meet members of Unity Boston and learn a little about us. There is also a bulletin board posted with upcoming activities.
No Pressure
As a visitor, you won't be singled out for we want you to feel as much at home as possible – and to remain as anonymous as you want to be. We encourage you, however, to visit our church over several weeks to see what Unity Boston can offer you.
